Sumer Money is a decentralized finance protocol designed as a multichain synthetic assets platform with an integrated lending and borrowing market. A key technical feature of the suETH token is its ability to move between different blockchains without the need for traditional custodial bridges. When a user transfers suETH from one chain to another, the protocol essentially burns the tokens on the source chain and mints an equivalent amount on the destination chain. This method is intended to reduce the security risks often associated with bridge operators and custodial wallets. By using suETH, participants can engage in yield farming, trading, or other decentralized applications on various chains while keeping their original collateral deposited on the native blockchain. This allows users to retain their original staking rewards or lending interest while simultaneously using their synthetic assets for additional activities across the multichain landscape.
